Is there maximum number of people per villa?
Yes. Each villa can accommodate a maximum of two people sharing a king size bed, extra cots are not available.

Are children allowed to stay at Karo Villas?
No. We have an age restriction of 18yrs and older.

Is there a minimum stay at Karo Villas?
Yes. Each booking requires a minimum stay of two nights

How do I book a stay at Karo Villas?

What are my payment options?
Payment to be made at time of booking via PayPal. Payments are to be made in Thai Baht. If you have any problems making payment through our booking system feel free to drop us a line at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

What is the cancellation policy?
See our terms and conditions when booking. 100% payment up front. If cancellation is made 60 days are more prior to arrival date a 100% refund will be issued. If cancellation is made less than 60 days but more than 30 days a 50% refund will be made, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.

Is there a restaurant at Karo villas?
There is no on-site restaurant at Karo Villas, there are however many restaurants around the island which offer delivery services right to your villa, menus will be provided. Upon arrival a welcome basket including refreshments and snacks will be waiting. Breakfast is not included.

What time is check in/out?
Check in is 2pm (just in time for afternoon boats arriving to Koh Tao). Check out time is 10am (morning boats leaving around the same time!). Early/late check in or outs are subject to availability and arrangements to be made prior to arrival date.

Where are Karo Villas?
5 mins from pier/Mae Had or Chalok Ban Khao and 7 mins from Sairee Village. Check out our Location section on the homepage for a map.

What’s the best way to get around Koh Tao?
Taxis are available day and night or renting of motorbikes, scooters or electric bicycles can be arranged.
